Across multiple Maisons (Guerlain, AdP, Kenzo, Loewe) I took full ownership of brand presence - overseeing everything from supply chain, logistics, forecasting to trade marketing, product launches, financial reporting and team leadership.

I was trusted to drive performance, orchestrate cross-country collaboration, and ensure every detail reflected the brand's DNA - from Paris to retail points across countries. 

Produced the first fully local paid-media campaign for Kenzo ever approved by Paris HQ — a benchmark in brand trust and strategic alignment

Led the influencer and event strategy for Flower by Kenzo, recognized internally as a best-practice case

Contributed to the development of Guerlain’s Beehive Initiative — a sustainability project rooted in Maison Guerlain’s symbolic commitment to biodiversity and nature

Worked hand-in-hand with international teams, managing cross-border communication with Paris HQ, regional hubs, and local markets.
